How long does it take to dispatch an order?We take care in our packaging to ensure the product is well packed and looked after, so orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days.

Are parcels tracked?Yes, all parcels are tracked. Should there be any issues with the delivery, we can quickly address most delivery issues. Please note that risk and title of goods pass to you on the date and time of delivery to the delivery agent.

Can I cancel or change my order?Cancellations or changes to orders will only be accepted before dispatch. Please check your order carefully to ensure you have picked the right teas. If unsure, pick a couple of extra flavors and enjoy a new amazing taste of Sip of Bloom.

What if my order is not satisfactory or there is an error?If your order is not to your satisfaction or if we have made an error in your selection, please contact us via email at info@bloomorganic.com. We will respond promptly.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

How do I process a refund or exchange?If we deem it necessary to process a refund or exchange, please return the teas to [address] within 30 days. Ensure all parcels are either tracked or sent via registered post, as we cannot take responsibility for items returned to us. Upon return of goods, if it’s a genuine dispute, we will either replace or refund the goods (note that we don’t refund the cost of returning goods to us).

How are refunds processed?Refunds are processed on the same card as the original payment to protect against fraudulent activity. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be received on your end. Refunds are always at the discretion of Sip of Bloom and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

Can discount codes be applied after purchase?No, discount codes cannot be applied post-purchase.

Are discounts redeemable as cash?No, discounts are not redeemable as cash. If refunds are processed, such refunds will be processed less the amount of the coupon, gift card, or discount applied to your purchase.
