Refunds and Exchanges

1. Cancellations or changes to orders will only be accepted before dispatch and the goods
will be delivered to the stated address in accordance with our shipping and delivery policy
– Please check your order carefully to ensure you have picked the right teas (if unsure
pick a couple of extra flavours and enjoy a new amazing taste of Sip of Bloom)
2. If your order is not to your satisfaction or should we have managed to make an error in
your selection (hey, we are all humans at the end of the day), please get in contact with
us. Email is always best (and only) way of contacting us, raise your questions and well
respond promptly.
3. If we deem it necessary to process a refund or exchange, please return the teas to
[address] within 30 days.
4. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for items returned to us, so please ensure all
parcels are either tracked or sent via registered post.
5. Upon return of goods, and it’s a genuine dispute with the goods, we will either replace or
refund the goods (unfortunately we don’t refund cost of you returning goods to us – we
are a small business doing our best here (we are sure you’ll understand).
6. It’s a condition of most credit card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card
as the original payment was made. This is to protect you as a customer of Sip of Bloom to
minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards.
7. On those rare occasions we do need to process a refund (just wait until you tried our
teas, you will want to try more) it may take up to 7 business days to be received on your
end.
8. Refunds are always at the discretion of Sip of Bloom and in accordance with the
Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

Discounts & Discount Codes:
1. We are diligent in our work and take extra care, but discount codes are not able to be
applied post purchase.
2. Discounts are not redeemable as cash. If refunds are processed such refunds will be
processed less the amount of the coupon, gift card or discount applied to your purchase.
