Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery

1. For those purchases over $49, standard domestic shipping is on us.
2. All orders are dispatched using Australia Post.
3. We do take care in our packaging to ensure the product is well packed and looked after,
so orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days.
4. We do our best in getting your Sip of Bloom tea as quick as possible to you. The standard
allowable shipping times and costs are:
Domestic
Standard Economy: Approx. 7 business days - $10
Express: Approx. 3 business days - $15
International

5. All parcel are tracked, hence should there be any issues with the delivery we can quickly
get to the bottom with most delivery issues. Whilst all care is taken, risk and title of goods
passes to you on the date and time of the delivery of the goods to the delivery agent.

Discounts & Discount Codes:
1. We are diligent in our work and take extra care, but discount codes are not able to beapplied post purchase.
2. Discounts are not redeemable as cash. If refunds are processed such refunds will beprocessed less the amount of the coupon, gift card or discount applied to your purchase.
